<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an explosion release structure of a steel plate lining normal-pressure concrete tank, storing a dangerous liquid such as petroleum and having a concrete sidewall and a steel-made roof plate, that quickly releases the pressure in the steel plate lining normal-pressure concrete tank without damaging a concrete sidewall upper-end edge and thereby prevents the tank from exploding or breaking for abnormality such that the pressure in the tank suddenly rises. <P>SOLUTION: The explosion release structure is characterized in that an outer circumferential edge of a roof plate 5 is welded and connected to a ring plate 12 arranged annularly at a sidewall upper-end edge, the ring plate 12 is fixed to an anchor member 13 embedded in the sidewall upper-end edge, and the ring plate 12 is separated from the anchor member 13 with tank internal pressure equal to or higher than prescribed pressure to release the pressure in the tank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
