<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a first reinforced column to be reinforced without increasing a section area thereof in a building which includes: the first reinforced concrete column; a second column installed with a distance in a horizontal direction from the first column; and a steel frame beam connecting the first column and the second column. <P>SOLUTION: A building includes: a first reinforced concrete column 1; a second column installed with a distance in a horizontal direction from the first column; and a steel frame beam connecting the first column and the second column. The first column has: a concrete main body; at least one piece of upper main reinforcement arranged inside the main body; at least one piece of lower main reinforcement arranged below the upper main reinforcement with a distance therefrom inside the main body.
