<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a wide variety of electronic components to be mounted on a circuit board while battery capacity is assured, with no interference with a functional device, or the like, relating to a battery pack which is attached to a rear surface of a slim electronic apparatus body in which the functional device or the like is embedded in a partial region on a surface side, to supply power to an electric system of the electronic apparatus body. <P>SOLUTION: In a battery pack 1, a plurality of secondary batteries 20 and a circuit board 30 which is electrically connected to the secondary batteries 20 are arranged parallel to each other on a bottom plate part 11 of a plate-like first case member 10. An upper surface (a side opposite to the bottom plate part 11) of the plurality of secondary batteries 20 is covered with labels 41 and 42, and an upper surface of the circuit board 30 is covered with a second case member 50. A central portion 50a of the second case member 50 is positioned lower than a left side part 50b and a right side part 50c. A window 51 is opened at the central portion 50a, and a label 43 for closing the window 51 is pasted on it.
