<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid developer capable of realizing sufficient image density and fixing strength despite the low amount of attached toner particles. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid developer of the present invention contains toner particles and an insulating liquid; the toner particles contain resin, pigment, and a pigment dispersant; the pigment contains an aniline black structure compound represented by the following general formula (I) (where n represents an integer of 1 to 3, and X represents any one of OH, Cl, and an acid radical); and the pigment dispersant is a basic dispersant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
