PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate real time transmission of contents among a plurality of terminals.

SOLUTION: A content transmission and reception device 1 comprises: an ID determination unit 111 which stores an ID received from a transmission source in an ID storage unit 21 when the received ID does not exist in the ID storage unit 21, and responds to the transmission source; a content acquisition unit 112 which associates the ID and a content transmitted from the transmission source for the response, and stores the associated ID and content in a cache 22; an ID transmission unit 121 for transmitting the ID to a transmission destination immediately after the storage; and a content provision unit 122 for transmitting the content stored in the cache 22 in association with the ID to the transmission destination, according to a response from the transmission destination.
