<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform quantitative determination on clogging in coke extrusion without depending on the judgment of an operator. <P>SOLUTION: A method for predicting a coke extrusion load includes: a prediction step of predicting the contraction amount of coke and the particle size of coke by inputting present operation information of a coke oven into a database model constructed by off-line experiments; and an extrusion load prediction step of predicting the coke extrusion load by inputting the contraction amount of coke and the particle size of coke obtained by the prediction step of the contraction amount and particle size of coke, and a coke oven wall state expressed by numeric values into a database model constructed by past operation data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
