<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stepping force adjusting device of an acceleration pedal for faithfully obeying safety laws and regulations to stepping force, and also enabling common use of the acceleration pedal, by adjusting the stepping force of the acceleration pedal by simple work when necessary, without replacing a part. <P>SOLUTION: This stepping force adjusting device of the acceleration pedal includes: a rotary cam arranged in a carrier housing and having one end axially rotatably supported by the carrier housing; and a carrier arranged in the carrier housing, having an upper surface for contacting with an outer peripheral surface of the rotary cam, having a lower surface for contacting with one end of an elastic member for providing the stepping force for a pedal arm, and moving in the direction for pressurizing the elastic member or releasing pressurization when the rotary cam rotates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
