<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold which can reliably prevent intrusion of a foamed resin into an exhaust hole by an air-impermeable member upon foaming molding, which can sufficiently exhaust gas inside a cavity from the exhaust hole to the outside of the cavity, and which can provide a favorable design of a foam molded product, and molding equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The exhaust hole 5 for exhausting gas in the cavity 4 to the outside of the cavity 4 is provided at an inner face of the cavity 4 of the mold 1. An air-permeable member 6 is arranged inside the cavity 4 of the mold 1 so as to cover the exhaust hole 5, and a non-air-impermeable member 8 is arranged at the exhaust hole 5 side of the air-permeable member 6 so as to face the exhaust hole 5. In the exhaust hole 5, at least part of the cavity 4 side from a midstream portion of a shaft center line direction is a tapered shape portion 5a which has a larger diameter toward the cavity 4 side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
