摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging system, a power supply device, and an on-vehicle system that curb a harmful effect on communication caused by harmonics due to a control signal when communication by a communication signal is performed using a control line as a medium by connecting the power supply device and a vehicle mounting a power storage device with a charging cable including a control line for transmitting a control signal used for power supply control of the power storage device. <P>SOLUTION: In a vehicle 1, a branch line 116 branching off from a control line 34 (in-vehicle control line 114) is connected with a communication device 14 for transmitting and receiving a communication signal. On the branch line 116, a high-pass filter 116b as cut-off means for cutting off a signal in a band related to a control signal is interposed.
