摘要 A method for splitting the thick full-thickness meshed epidermis-translocalizing autodermograft with 1-6 ratio of area increase includes the dermatome consisting of the right and left semicircles attached to the left and right sides of the handle, the demountable embossed technological plate with operating surface fixed rigidly on the semicircles generating half-cylinder, knife-holder with the flat knife fixed to the left and right rods, and the axis generating the conditional frame. The gap between the operating surface of half-cylinder and the knife is adjustable with the aid of the circular mechanism with the range of 0.1-. The operating surface contains the linear cusps throughout the whole surface, in length with spacing of , in height, in width, with the distance between the cusps of . The even and uneven cusps are arranged in staggered mode being displaced by 50 % relative to each other. The uneven cusps originate just from the leading edge of the technological plate, while the even cusps originate from the half of the uneven cusps. The operating surface is made of plastic. Autodermografts are cut at the level of below the free ends of the linear cusps as the fragments involving donor skin. Epidermis-translocalizing autodermograft is then split into 24 autodermografts in size. With this aim in view, the knife holder is set into the initial position and the circular mechanism is adjusted with reduction of the thickness by . Each time, the thickness of splitting is reduced by allowing for said splitting of epidermis-translocalizing autodermograft.
