PURPOSE: A thin film transistor array substrate, an organic light emitting display device comprising the same and a method for manufacturing the thin film transistor array substrate are provided to prevent the corrosion of a pad electrode by using a protection layer formed on the pad electrode. CONSTITUTION: A pixel electrode(114) is arranged on a first insulation layer(13). A capacitor includes an active layer(212), a first electrode, and a second electrode. The first electrode and the active layer are formed in the same layer. The second electrode and a gate electrode(214) are formed in the same layer. A pad electrode(417) is arranged on a second insulation layer(16). The pad electrode is made of the same material as a source electrode(217a) and a drain electrode(217b). A protection layer(18) is formed on the pad electrode.
