FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydroelectric control servosystems, namely to electrohydrostatic drive with cocked hydraulic compensator and damping valve. The electrohydrostatic drive contains electronic units of control microprocessor and inverting amplifier, DC brushless motor, reversible uncontrolled pump, hydraulic cylinder, cocked hydraulic compensator, filter, feeding valves, safety valves, hydraulic cylinder stem position encoder, drain hydraulic compensator, pump antiactivation valve, drain cavities relief valve, command hydroelectric valve, on/off damping valve. The command hydroelectric valve connects its outlet channel either with drain hydraulic compensator cavity or with working chamber of cocked hydraulic compensator. One end of on/off damping valve is affected by forces of spring and fluid pressure in drain hydraulic compensator, and the other end is affected by output pressure of command valve. The damping valve in one position connects hydraulic cylinder chambers with pump, and in other position closes them by damping and load throttles respectively. The cocked hydraulic compensator has return spring, hydroelectric fixing valve of cocking plunger and sealed drainage cavity.EFFECT: simplified design.2 dwg |
