Aseptic treatment is performed by way of subjecting bread to the impact of an aero-ionised ozone and air mixture prepared based on preliminarily cleaned filtered air. The ozone and air mixture treatment is performed in the following modes: voltage supplied to the high voltage electrodes of the aeroioniser - 32 kV, air ions concentration - 2×10cm.EFFECT: invention allows to increase bread bakery products storage life with preservation of the products quality without chemical preserving agents usage.1 ex
