摘要 PURPOSE: A beverage additive containing pycnogenol and fermented concentrate of Rubi fructus, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have thrombolysis, hangover relieving, and immunity improving functions, and an anti-oxidative effect. CONSTITUTION: The skin of a pine tree is collected or purchased as the endodermis and bark of the pine tree are both exist. An alkali undiluted solution is manufactured by mixing citric acid, potassium carbonate, sodium sulfate, and potassium metaphosphate, and alkali mixed liquid is produced by mixing the alkali undiluted solution with water in a ratio of 1:50. 10kg of collected pine tree bark, 0.1kg of Loranthi Ramulus, 100L of alkali mixed liquid are mixed, and hot water extracted at 55-65 deg. C for 24 hour. Extraction liquid of the pine tree is filtered with a filter. 90-95 weight% of filtered extract of the pine tree is mixed with 5-10 weight% of fermented concentrate of Rubi fructus, and aged for 30-90 days in an aging room at 24 deg. C, and a food additive is produced. The aged food additive is sterilized at 60 deg. C for 24 hours after being precisely filtered. The sterilized food additive liquid is contained in a standard container. The fermented concentrate of Rubi fructus is manufactured by mixing Rubi fructus with 20 weight% of sugar and 1 weight% of yeast, and fermenting the mixture for 20-30 days at 24 deg. C in a fermenter and sterilizing the concentrate of Rubi fructus.
