PURPOSE: A language expressing method for mobile content file generation, a recording medium thereof, a mobile content file management method, a recording medium thereof, a mobile content server thereof, and a mobile terminal thereof are provided to increase the use efficiency of a storage space of the mobile terminal by automatically deleting a file corresponding to various guides. CONSTITUTION: If an expiration date attribute about a newly downloaded mobile content file is defined, a mobile terminal, a mobile terminal stores address information including the mobile content file and expiration date information in a mobile content file management database of a mobile content server(S210,S220,S230).
