PURPOSE: A flux switching motor and a design method thereof are provided to improve torque features by determining a design variable and using finite element analysis through a center synthesis method. CONSTITUTION: A stator(10) has teeth(11) protruding in a circumference direction and a slot(12) between the teeth and includes a storage area in the center. A rotor(20) is included in the storage area, includes a rotation axis hole(22) in the center, and includes protrusions protruding in the circumference direction. A side top part of the protrusions forms an edge angle of 70-100°and the other side top part forms a round surface. A bending radius of the round surface is 5mm. |
