<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic green sheet having high rigidity in the plane direction and high flexibility of surface portions, and a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic green sheet 1 is obtained by uniting a ceramic powder with an organic resin binder. In the ceramic green sheet 1, the binder has a higher glass transition temperature in a central portion 1a in the thickness direction of the ceramic green sheet 1 than in an upper portion 1b and a lower portion 1c. The ceramic green sheet 1 can be increased in rigidity in the plane direction by the central portion 1a in which the glass transition point of the binder is higher. Since the upper portion 1b and the lower portion 1c are relatively flexible, the ceramic green sheet 1 has high flexibility of the surface portions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
