<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform power detection with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A power detection sensor 10 provided with a magnetic resistance element 11 detects voltage applied to a load A to be a measurement objet on the basis of a resistance component of the magnetic resistance element 11, detects current caused to flow to the load A on the basis of an output change in the magnetic resistance element based on a magnetic field caused by electrical wiring wa arranged in the vicinity of the magnetic resistance element 11, and a magnetic resistance change in the magnetic resistance element 11, and performs power detection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
