<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel game system, game device, game program and game control method. <P>SOLUTION: The game system 10 includes a plurality of game devices 12. A matching server 16 matches game devices (A and B) of players at the request of a game device 12, and matches game devices (C-E) of game masters. During the game play, operation data corresponding to the operation input to the game devices (A and B) are transmitted to the game devices (C-E), where game processing is executed. The result data of the game processing are transmitted to the game devices (A and B). When the data are saved, encrypted game data are transmitted from the game devices (C-E) to the game devices (A and B), and saved therein.
