<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining the center of gravity of a three-dimensional object. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes a step 615 for positioning an object at an inspection platform by a first orientation, a step 620 for determining the position of the center of gravity along a first axis and a second axis when the object is in the first orientation, a step 625 for rotating the object with respect to a third axis perpendicular to the first axis and the second axis, a step 630 for determining the position of the center of gravity along at least the first axis or the second axis when the object in a second orientation, and a step 635 for determining the center of gravity along the third axis by using a change in the position of the center of gravity along at least the first axis or the second axis when the object in the second orientation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
