<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To blink an indicator and a monitor synchronously with each other without newly providing a transmission line or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A blinking device 1 includes a blinking indicator 2, a monitor 3 displaying thereon graphics, images, or the like, a monitor control circuit 5 for controlling the monitor 3, and a reference circuit 4 which generates a reference pulse having a reference cycle of blinking and inputs the reference pulse to the indicator 2 and the monitor control circuit 5. The monitor control circuit 5 includes a synchronizing unit 52 which starts blinking of the monitor 3 with a delay of T-t which is obtained by subtracting a processing time t spent in prescribed processing from one cycle T of the reference pulse, after the execution of the prescribed processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
