<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for utilizing integrity information on lifetime components of a cooling fan etc. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus includes the cooling fan that includes a sensor which gathers lifetime information needed to predict a lifetime and monitoring and notification means of sending out the lifetime information to a signal line for other information in a superimposing manner; a filter which excludes a component of the lifetime information from the signal line; and state monitoring means of predicting the lifetime of the cooling fan based upon the lifetime information.
