<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave heating apparatus with a simple structure capable of suppressing uneven heating so as to realize high heating efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A microwave heating apparatus comprises: a heating chamber 5 separated into a plurality of spaces (11, 12, 13) by a barrier part made of conductive material. At least each space except one (12, 13) includes phase shifters 31 and 32, inside thereof at a position of an end part 5a, made of dielectric body with higher conductivity than atmosphere, in which the phase shifters have different lengths respectively in a direction d2, so that these are different positions respectively standing waves W1, W2, and W3 formed in each space have nodes relating to the direction d2 at different positions. Further, at least each space except one includes impedance regulators 33 and 34, inside at an upstream side position of a heated body passing region, made of dielectric body with higher conductivity than atmosphere having different lengths with each other in a direction d2, so that impedance differences between each space from an entrance of the heating chamber 5 to the end part 5a including the phase shifters 31 and 32 are reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
