<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-to-vehicle power transmitting/receiving system for inhibiting a situation in which a power transmitting vehicle cannot transmit power required by a power receiving vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A center-side system 200 predicts a power consumption of a battery in a candidate vehicle as a candidate of the power transmitting vehicle due to travel to a power transmitting/receiving point, predicts excess power of the candidate vehicle at the power transmitting/receiving point from the predicted power consumption and current excess power of the candidate vehicle, compares required received power of the power receiving vehicle with the excess power of the candidate vehicle at the power transmitting/receiving point, and narrows down the candidate vehicle having the excess power higher than the required received power (S403). A vehicle-side system 100 in the power receiving vehicle is informed of a narrowed down result.
