SOLUTION: Adjusting device 1 according to the invention comprises: a measuring device 11 for measuring the ACLR of a communication device 2; a Vcc calculation unit 123 for calculating a power supply voltage by which the ACLR at predetermined limit output under the worst condition is equal to or less than a permissible value; and a table update unit 124 for setting the calculated power supply voltage as the upper limit value of the power supply voltage Vcc generated by a DC-DC converter 25.
