<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clogging evaluation device and a clogging evaluation program for evaluating clogging of a width equal to or wider than the width of one traffic lane in one measurement and evaluating clogging of a road shoulder and a sidewalk as well. <P>SOLUTION: When a thermal image acquisition part 36 acquires thermal image information of a surface of a high-functional paved road or the like, to be evaluated from a photography device composed of an infrared camera, a radiation temperature detection part 38 analyzes the thermal image information acquired by the thermal image acquisition part 36 and detects radiation temperature on the surface of a target. A temperature information accumulation part 40 accumulates in a storage device 30 radiation temperature on the surface of the target detected by the radiation temperature detection part 38 for a predetermined distance from a predetermined start point. A clogging evaluation part 42 obtains profile on the distance of the radiation temperature accumulated in the temperature information accumulation part 40 and the clogging evaluation part 42 evaluates the degree of clogging of the target object on the basis of the profile. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
