<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording head capable of preventing occurrence of distortion of a flexible wiring board on a surface with an element substrate arranged thereon even in a structure where a plurality of element substrates are connected to a single flexible wiring board, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: This inkjet recording head 1 includes: a flexible wiring board 40 including a plurality of element substrates 11, 12, a first wiring region 40a formed with a plurality of opening 41 for arranging the element substrates 11, 12 therein, a second wiring region 40b, and a bent part 47 bent between the first wiring region 40a and the second wiring region 40b; and fixation members 13, 14.
