A method for treating dental discoloration in the inflammatory diseases of periodontium comprises professional and individual hygiene of the oral cavity. The color of the teeth is assessed by VITA scale. The following indices are also assessed: Green-Virmilion simplified index of hygiene of the oral cavity (OHI-S), the simplified index of the dental deposit on approximate surfaces (API) according to lange, gingival-papillary-marginal-alveolar index (PMA). Based on the finding, the individual treatment is provided for 4-5 weeks using the means for the individual hygiene of the oral cavity with whitening, anti-inflammatory and capillary-protective effect. |
