A process for vodka production on the basis of stevia comprises preparation of herb-flavored spirit on the basis of dried stevia with subsequent blending with using of treated water and food alcohol, and bottling of the finished product. Instead of herb-flavored spirit, produced on the basis of stevia, concentrated produced from stevia is added into treated water during blending. |
