A method for producing the antigens from the medicinal leeches comprises the selection of good quality leeches, their drying, fragmentation, triturating, extraction, and filtration of supernatant. The fragments of the leeches are washed in the buffered physiologic saline, dried, triturate and mixed with the buffered physiologic saline at a 1:10 ratio. The antigens are extracted with the buffered physiologic saline in the refrigerator followed by the centrifugation in the cold. The supernatant is further sterilized. |
