PURPOSE: A bumper fusing device for inspecting fusion power is provided to improve the reliability and work efficiency of a fusion inspection by unifying the fusion power inspection of an object fused to a bumper with a fusion process. CONSTITUTION: A bumper fusing device for inspecting fusion power comprises a frame unit(3), a jig unit(5), a charging unit, a heat fusing unit(7), and an inspecting unit(9). The outside body of a fusing device(1) comprises the frame unit. The jig unit supports a bumper(B) for fusing and moves the bumper in the vertical and horizontal directions as necessary. The charging unit positions fusing target material(M) to a fusion point at both inner circumferences of the bumper. The heat fusing unit attaches the fusing target material at both inner circumferences of the bumper mounted on the jig unit. The inspecting unit inspects the fusion power between the fusing target material and bumper. |
