<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process cartridge configured to uniformly cool the inside of a device and to provide an image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: The process cartridge 1 has a case (formed of an upper developing case 191, a lower developing case 192, a photoreceptor case 193, a first face plate 197, and a second face plate 198) that includes an air inlet (a face plate air inlet 1971 or a case air inlet 1931) for supplying air into the device, an air outlet (a case air outlet 1932 or a face plate air outlet 1981) for discharging the air in the device to the outside, and an opening for irradiating an image carrier with the light from an exposure device 2.
