<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of efficiently displaying a variety of information. <P>SOLUTION: A multifunctional machine causes a panel to display a screen based on selection screen information. The machine causes the panel to display a home screen under a condition that no indicated coordinate is detected during a period starting from the last detection of an indicated coordinate by coordinate detection means till a reset time. The machine switches reset setting between a screen no-locking state for performing display reset processing and a screen locking state for not performing display reset processing. In the screen no-locking state, the machine sets reset setting to the screen locking state and displays a notification image in a lock area under a condition that an indicated coordinate detected in the lock area is in a prescribed input manner. In the screen locking state, the machine sets reset setting to the screen no-locking state and finishes display of the notification image onto the lock area under a condition that an indicated coordinate detected in the lock area is in a prescribed input manner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
