<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip member which is easily attached as a periphery of a stay cloth is compact while high deploying performance of an air bag is maintained, and an air-bag-module-equipped seat having the clip member. <P>SOLUTION: The clip member 50 is connected to a cloth body 32 that transmits a tensile force. The clip member 50 includes a connecting portion 55 connected to one end of the cloth body 32 and a slot 53 locked to an end 12 of an attachment portion 10.
