<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display information suitable to discriminate a threshold suitable to detection. <P>SOLUTION: A photoelectric sensor includes a light projection part 103 and a light reception part 104, a control part 105 functioning as a detection part for discriminating whether to be an incident state or non-incident state by comparing a received light quantity obtained by light reception processing with a preset threshold, and outputting the discrimination result, and a display part 100 capable of displaying the received light quantity. In the photoelectric sensor, a received light quantity in a period in which the received light quantity is relatively the lowest in each incident period, and a received light quantity in a period in which the received light quantity is relatively the highest in each incident period are respectively specified with a plurality of incident periods and a plurality of light receiving periods discriminated by the currently set threshold as targets, and the specified two representative received light quantities are displayed in the display part 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
