<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse such light, that becomes loss essentially, more reliably in a solar cell backside sheet or a solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module includes a sealing material internally sealing a solar cell, a translucent front plate laminated on the sealing material and entering light thereinto, and a backside sheet 14 laminated on the reverse side of the translucent front plate so as to sandwich the sealing material. The backside sheet 14 consists of a laminate having, sequentially from the sealing material side, at least a translucent insulating layer 141, an uneven structure layer 142 having an uneven structure 142b of fine uneven shape, a light reflective metal layer 143 formed along the uneven structure, and a weather-resistant layer 147, in this order. The mean transmittance of the translucent insulating layer 141 at a wavelength of 400-1200 nm is 90-100%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
