<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of directly measuring viscosity and density by using a small amount of samples in short time, which is difficult in a conventional vibratory viscometer. <P>SOLUTION: Viscosity and density of measured fluid are calculated by making the tip part of a vibrator into the shape such as a sphere capable of theoretically guiding resistance by the measured fluid, and from predetermined mechanical impedance of a probe, amplitude ratio and phase difference of acceleration when the vibrator is in the atmosphere and in the measured fluid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
