<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a decrease in a sense of expectation toward a notice performance to be executed based on a read-ahead determination result of a random number stored in start winning. <P>SOLUTION: A game machine includes: a start winning storage means; a game state control means of controlling a game state in the game machine; a variable display game execution control means of performing execution control of a variable display game in a variable display device based on start memory; and a predetermination means of predetermining the random number stored in the start winning storage means as start memory before execution of a variable display game based on the start memory.
