<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high quality sorting of transported transfer sheets. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet treating device has a main transporting unit which rotates at the center of an axis and an accessory transporting unit which rotates around a point, the point being on the same line as the center following the rotation of the main transporting unit. An outer periphery of the main transporting unit is formed to have an arc shape with a predetermined radius from the center and a cutout shape obtained by cutting out an arc having a size smaller than the radius in a cross-sectional view. An outer periphery of the accessory transporting unit is formed to have an arc shape with a predetermined radius from the center in a cross-sectional view. When a sheet is transported on an abutting face between the main transporting unit and the accessory transporting unit, an angle formed by a straight line connecting the center of the accessory transporting unit with a contact point where the cutout shape contacts the outer periphery of the accessory transporting unit and the same straight line is minimum in a cross-sectional view. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
