<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular display device comprising a display panel on which a display area can be divided by a difference in quality or by printing giving stereoscopic effects. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicular display device comprises a display panel 4 with which a design is formed for displaying vehicle information, a plurality of back lights 52, 53, 55 which illuminate the display panel 4 in a transmissive manner, and control means 54 which controls ON/OFF of the back lights 52, 53, 55 in accordance with the vehicle information. On the display panel 4, there are formed a pilot lamp area 45 including a pilot lamp 3 representing the state of a vehicle and a measurement display area 44 including measurement information display sections 1, 2 representing measurements of the vehicle information, by the ON/OFF of the back light 55. At the back side of a transparent substrate 43 in the pilot lamp area 45, a back print layer 451 is provided in which a display design indicating the vehicle information and a background of the design are printed, and at a display screen side of the transparent substrate 43 in the measurement display area 44, a display screen print layer 441 is provided in which backgrounds of the measurement information display sections 1, 2 are printed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
