<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superheated steam cooker having no temperature unevenness of heating in time of cooking, and capable of obtaining superheated steam having a small amount of remaining moisture even at a comparatively low temperature by the adjustment of an external heat source. <P>SOLUTION: This superheated steam cooker 10 includes a superheated steam chamber 96 between an inner pot 20 and an outer pot 30, and an upper part is covered with a heat-resistant lid 26. The inside bottom face of the outer pot 30 is provided with a superheated steam generation unit 70 disposed with steam passages 76, 78, a ring boiler chamber 80, and steam passages 82, 84 around a center boiler chamber 72. In the ring boiler chamber 80, water and steam communicate with the center boiler chamber 72. The steam generated in the center boiler chamber 72 and the ring boiler chamber 80 is heated in the steam passage 76 to become superheated steam, and the superheated steam is cooled in the steam passages 78, 82 adjacent to the ring boiler chamber 80, so that large steam particles are removed. The steam is reheated in the steam passage 84, is sent to the superheated steam chamber 96, and is supplied into the inner pot 20 from blowoff ports 22 of the inner pot 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
