<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently restrain a cut from curving with respect to the cutting direction of a single-edged cutting tool 1 in cutting food while avoiding causing an irregular film 9 to be wrongly formed locally. <P>SOLUTION: The angle α of inclination of a cutting edge 5 with respect to the width direction D of a blade 3 is set at 2 to 5 degrees, an irregular film 9 containing a ceramic as a main component is formed in the outer edge portion of the cutting edge 5 by discharge surface treatment, and the opposite side of the irregular film 9 in the cutting edge 3a of the blade 3 is sharpened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
