<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear wheel steering device in which a regulation member can be reduced in size. <P>SOLUTION: The rotation of a rotation member 71 which is rotated integrally with a rotor 61A is transferred to a lock shaft regulation member 150 while being decelerated. The lock shaft regulation member 150 has a through hole 152 through which a lock shaft 91 can be inserted. The through hole 152 is formed at a spot corresponding to a neutral translation position of a rear wheel steering shaft 50. The rotation member 71 has a regulation hole 71B through which the lock shaft 91 can be inserted. When the rear wheel steering shaft 50 is located at the neutral translation position, the lock shaft 91 is inserted through the through hole 152 into the regulation hole 71B. The rotation of he rotation member 71 is regulated by inserting the lock shaft 91 into the regulation hole 71B.
