<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transistor circuit that can reduce a distortion of an output voltage with a small current amount. <P>SOLUTION: A transistor circuit includes: a bipolar transistor or MOS transistor which has an emitter or source, a collector or drain, and a base or gate to which a voltage is applied to control a current amount between the emitter or source and the collector or drain, and in which the collector or drain is connected to a capacitive load 103; a functional current source 102 connected to the collector or drain of the bipolar transistor or MOS transistor to supply a current; and a control circuit 105 for controlling the current of the functional current source 102 in accordance with the magnitude of the voltage input into the base or gate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
