<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board capable of preventing migration between terminals. <P>SOLUTION: A circuit board comprises: terminals 22a and 22b aligned in parallel; and an insulator 40 that covers a circuit for connecting the parallely aligned terminals 22a and 22b, from one end face of which the parallely aligned terminals 22a and 22b project, and on one end face of which a recess 26 is formed between the adjacent terminals 22a and 22b.
