PURPOSE: A rotary coupling device and a film attaching apparatus using the same are provided to achieve precise alignment by fixing a polarizing film until the polarizing film is completely attached to a display panel. CONSTITUTION: A gap(237) is formed on the outer surface which surrounds a rotary shaft in the same direction as the rotary shaft in a rotator(231). A first surface(238a) and a second surface(238b) of the rotator face each other in the gap. A connection component(235) is inserted between the first surface and the second surface and connects the rotator and a driving motor(236). The connection component is rotated by the driving motor. A tightening component(T) fixes the connection component by tightening a space between the first surface and the second surface.
