PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of seasoning jellyfish is provided to effectively shorten the salting time and prevent the decomposition and pollution generated during the salting process. CONSTITUTION: The body and leg of a jellyfish are cut and separated. Jellyfish is preserved with salt by mixing 15 to 40 parts by weight of seasoning composition of 100 parts by weight of cut jellyfish for 3 to 5 hours. Seasoning composition comprises 3 to 10 parts by weight of alum, 60 to 80 wt% of lime, 10 to 20 weight% of magnesium chloride, and 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of seasonings promoter including 10 to 20 wt% of plaster; and 0.01 to 0.5 parts by weight of calcium hydroxide about 100 parts by weight of salt. |
