PURPOSE: A truss-arch complex bridge for enlarging a span is provided to ensure structural stability, equip a long-span structure with a lightweight member, and to create a new external appearance. CONSTITUTION: A truss-arch complex bridge comprises an arch member(30) and a plane truss member(20). The plane truss member comprises an upper chord, a lower chord, and a diagonal member and introduces pre-stress to the arch member. The introduction of the pre-stress with respect to the arch member is implemented by deforming the plane truss member within an elastic deformation range and applying the restoration force of the plane truss member to the arch member.
