PURPOSE: A broadcasting device of an HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) signal method is provided to immediately transmit an input HDMI signal to an output signal terminal until a broadcasting transmission device is stabilized. CONSTITUTION: A transmission data signal of an HDMI signal method transmitted from a broadcasting signal processing unit (11) is inputted to an HDMI output decoder (22). An RGB (Red, Green, Blue) output signal (B) of the HDMI output decoder is supplied to the one side of a switch unit (23). The switch unit discriminates a provided system detecting signal (m) from the broadcasting signal processing unit and a mode selection switch connected to a control signal processing unit (25).
