PURPOSE: An opportunistic network-related message transmitting method is provided to transmit an opportunistic network-related message through an opportunistic network intrinsic wireless bearer which delivers message traffic about an opportunistic network. CONSTITUTION: An opportunistic network-related message transmitting device generates an opportunistic network intrinsic wireless bearer and transmits an opportunistic network-related message through the generated opportunistic network intrinsic wireless bearer. An opportunistic network-related message receiving device receives an opportunistic network-related message through the opportunistic network intrinsic wireless bearer and receives a user data message(3102,3104). The opportunistic network-related message receiving device decodes a user data message according to the opportunistic network-related message(3106).
